Managing time requires a workable plan that is unique to the individual, a plan that builds balance so that the individual can complete what he or she sets out to do, as well as meet the needs of co-workers. In this workshop, learners examine their preference for managing time. They will learn about the strengths of their own style for managing time, but also recognize when they must adapt their style to meet the needs and requests of others, in order to work together more effectively.
In this class, participants will:
- Learn to define common time management obstacles and ways to avoid or overcome them
- Identify personal strengths and weaknesses as they pertain to your time management style and how to effectively balance your priorities with others of different time management styles
- Learn how to manage your time by incorporating time saving tools and techniques into your daily work
Facilitator: Ginny Maglio holds a BS in Elementary Education and an MS in Training & Development. She works closely with clients to develop learning solutions that align with overall business goals. One of her key content areas is time management.
