North Shore Community College will hold their September Supervisors’ Connection, Coaching Skills for Managers, Wednesday, September 23, 2015, from 8-10 a.m. at NSCC’s Corporate Training Solutions (CTS), 181 Elliott Street, 100 Cummings Center, Suite 121E, Beverly. Cost is $39 per workshop and includes a continental breakfast.
Coaching is a transformational tool in any manager’s tool kit. Partnering with employees in a coaching relationship helps them take greater ownership for their performance, increase their creative problem solving skills, and offers the opportunity for better self-awareness and insight.
In this highly interactive workshop, our conversation will include:

• Learn how to develop the mindset of a coach
• How to use coaching to reverse a decline in employee performance
Facilitator: Claudette Rowley, MSW, PCC partners with executives and teams to improve performance. As a management consultant, facilitator and trainer, she guides executives, managers, and teams through collaborative, strengths‐based leadership development, team building and strategic planning processes.
