Give your child (grades K-8) an exhilarating experience this summer at North Shore Community College’s (NSCC) Summer of Discovery or North Shore Academy programs! Classes will be held at one of three different locations: the Danvers Campus, 1 Ferncroft Road, the Beverly Campus, 100 Cummings Center, Suite 121E or Fraser Field, 365 Western Avenue, Lynn.   Classes run Monday through Friday, 9a.m. – noon, for four weeks, starting July 7, and cost $175 per week, unless otherwise stated.

Back by popular demand, for children in grades 3-8, is our Baseball Clinic with the North Shore Navigators Collegiate Baseball team.  Kids will have the opportunity to work with semipro baseball players on a professional field and receive instruction on hitting fundamentals, throwing and catching, pitching mechanics and more.

Animal lovers will enjoy hands-on learning with live cats, dogs, ferrets, birds and more in the Veterinary Science class.  Video game aficionados can improve their skills in Minecraft Construction or learn how to create their own video game.  Cooking, art, acting, photography and more – there’s something for everyone!   Full list of courses.

Space is limited and early registration is recommended.  To register or for more information, call 978-236-1200 or visit our website.
