North Shore Community College will hold their March Supervisors’ Connection, Developing Teams, Wednesday, March 18, 2015, from 8-10 a.m. at NSCC’s Corporate Training Solutions (CTS), 181 Elliott Street, 100 Cummings Center, Suite 121E, Beverly. Cost is $39 per workshop and includes a continental breakfast.
More and more professional sports teams are moving away from individual performers and recognizing that playing like a team makes them more successful. This program helps participants discover the keys to successful teamwork.
In this highly interactive workshop, you will look at the following team dynamics:
- Do your teams work together effectively?
- Are they willing to pool their strengths for problem solving?
- Do one or two members dominate the team?
- Do members ignore mistakes, hoping they’ll go away?
Using both team exercises and group discussion, learn how to make your team more productive.
Facilitator: Celia Couture brings over 30 years of experience as a business executive and educator. She delivers interactive workshops on leadership, strategic business planning, performance and accountability, diversity and team dynamics.
