Dr. Susan Sullivan, from Melrose, North Shore Community College’s (NSCC) Director of Financial Aid, was recently elected to the position of President-elect of The Massachusetts Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (MASFAA).
Her new position as President-elect requires a three-year commitment: one year as President-elect, one year as President and one year as Past-president. Sullivan has been involved with MASFAA since 1997. She has chaired the Professional Development and Training Committee and the FAFSA Day Committee and has been elected Executive Council Member at Large, Executive Council Member representing 2-year schools and Secretary.
Sullivan has worked for NSCC since 2013. She holds a B.S. from Salem State University, a M.Ed. from Suffolk University and an Ed.D. from Northeastern University
MASFAA, which began in 1969, is a state-wide non-profit corporation that empowers its members to be educated, engaged and effective financial aid professionals. MASFAA has over 750 members representing 200 public, private and proprietary institutions of higher education in the Commonwealth.
