There is no cost to attend.
The Commonwealth’s Workforce Training Fund is a state fund enacted into law in July 1998 and financed entirely by Massachusetts employers. Its purpose is to provide resources to Massachusetts businesses and workers to train current and newly hired employees.
Businesses will learn how to apply for funding to:
*Train employees in new technologies and production methods to remain competitive
*Improve employee English skills
*Upgrade supervisor and manager skills
*Improve analytical skills to support productivity
*Improve sales techniques

To be eligible to apply for a workforce training fund grant, a company must pay into unemployment insurance. Companies that are self-insured are not eligible for this program.
